Whipped cream is so easy to make! In less than 5 minutes, with only 3 ingredients you can make some yourself, too, saving a trip to the store. The recipe I'm going to share below is very creamy and delicious! It tastes great on top of the coffee, bread, cookies, or pie; it is such a versatile treat and my number-one recommendation for anyone looking to prepare more food at home!
Below is my first attempt at making whipped cream. Even if you never cook at home, this recipe is so simple that you will be able to whip it up, too.
Ingredients
- 60g Powdered Sugar
- 400ml Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
Step 1:
Put the mixing bowl and whisk (attachment) in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to chill your tools before using them.
Step 2:Remove tools from the refrigerator, along with heavy whipping cream. Pour the 400ml whipping cream into the mixing bowl.
Step 3:Add 60g powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mixing bowl.
Step 4:Whip it up, starting on the lowest speed and gradually increasing to medium-high speed until the cream looks like melted ice cream.
Note
Keep everything cold and don’t over-mix!
